About Us

Solely poor & helpless friendly Organization “Matri O Shishu Kalyan Sangstha” is a multifaceted full fledged non govt. institution but registered with 3 Ministry of Bangladesh Govt. including Respected Prime Minister Office(NSDA) ,with all service for the remotest poor and all free of cost.

Dr. Syed Mohammad Wazed, A Pediatrician from Chittagong moved by the constant cries of mother lost newborn and new mother with dead baby, amidst crowd of chamber patients, initiated a private project called Save Mother Save Neonate in 2009 to prevent the death of newborns and new mothers. Beginning the journey through pregnancy care, it gradually inevitably linked to the community––neonatal care, infant-adolescent-maternal care. Due to increase in the number of care receivers, the urge to initiate social assistance came to the fore. A little further, 2 more aspects took their place –educational assistance and training for self-employment. Though Educational assistance began with books and other needs fulfilling of school students ,we actually provided full assistance to HSC helpless poor students of main 4 government colleges of Chittagong for a long time.

কেবলমাত্র গরীব অসহায় বান্ধব মাতৃ ও শিশু কল্যাণ সংস্থা সব সেবা বিনামূল্যের পূর্ণাঙ্গ বহুমুখী অসরকারি সমাজসেবা ও একটি নিখরচা আধুনিক প্রশিক্ষণ সংস্থা, যেটা সমাজকল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয়, স্বাস্থ্য শিক্ষা ও পরিবার কল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয় আর মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীর দপ্তর– NSDA অনুমোদিত।
চেম্বারে জমে যাওয়া রোগীদের ভীড়ের মধ্যে মা হারা নবজাতক আর নবজাতক হারা মায়ের নিয়মিত কান্নার রোলে আবেগ তাড়িত একজন মানবিক চিকিৎসক,চট্টগ্রামের শিশু বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাঃ সৈয়দ মোহাম্মদ ওয়াজেদ ২০০৯ সালে নবজাতক আর মায়ের মৃত্যুরোধের উদ্দেশ্যে একটি ব্যক্তিগত সংস্থার সূচনা করেন সেভ মাদার সেভ নিওনেট নামে। গর্ভবতী পরিচর্যার মাধ্যমে যাত্রা শুরু এ সংস্থায় অনিবার্য কারণেই যুক্ত হয়ে যায়–নবজাতক পরিচর্যা, শিশু-কিশোর-কিশোরী-মায়েদের চিকিৎসা।
